1st Class Real-T-Treatment was founded in 2006 by Broker/Owner Henry Bermudez. Two key elements he realized, during his career in the real estate industry, propelled him to form our company.  He first realized a dire lack of service and treatment of people purchasing or selling their homes.  The second element was a lack of knowledge and experience in handling real estate transactions.  After obtaining multiple degrees (real estate, marketing, risk management and insurance) from Florida State University and years of exposure in the business he was ready to make a change.  By developing a company based on the missing elements of treatment, service and expertise 1st Class Real-T-Treatment was born.
